Up for sale is this rare transitional model that was produced for only one year and was one of the first Speedmasters to feature the calibre 861 movement. The dial has the correct Original applied logo stepped dial (Mint condition, perfect patina).
Hands: Original luminous hands in mint condition with matching patina.
Bezel: Original dot over 90 (DON) bezel
Crown: Original signed Omega crown
Case: Unpolished case with thick original chamfers
Caseback: Original unpolished Hippocampus case-back stamped 145.022 / 68.
Bracelet: Original 1039 bracelet with original 517 end links stamped 3/69. (normal to be one year after case-back date)
Movement: Original early .861 movement
Period correct Omega Speedmaster box with Omega issued archive papers. The service history is unknown but the movement is super clean. The watch is currently winding smooth and running well. Chronograph starts, stops and resets correctly.
I will sell at $6500 shipped and insured, you can email me for more details and pictures if needed.
I will give a week possible refund if watch is not found as described or authentic, i strongly stand by the authenticity of this Omega.
