FSOT: Bucherer ref.817 Lemania 3872 -Omega 930 *PIC*

Up for grabs, an exceptional condition large 41mm diameter screw back case Bucherer chronograph with matte black outer rotating bezel and reverse panda dial with white registers and orange chronograph hands. Featuring a minty condition unpolished case and pristine original black dial with intact luminous Arabic markers and luminous hands(Tritium). Powered by Lemania caliber 3872( the same movement used in the Omega Seamaster DeVille chronograph, Omega 930) with 2 registers manual wind movement with the unusual feature of date within the register at 9 o’clock. With the original cross-hatched crown, round chronograph pushers, and unpolished beefy lug case. In excellent operating condition. Fitted with a sporty rubber strap. I also ordered a curved end bracelet I will include on the sale
The watch runs perfectly and all chronograph functions snap back to zero crisply but the last service is unknown to me
- the case is in great condition, with perfect bevels and case back with some light scratches. Engraving is perfect.
- The bezel is in mint condition, starting to fade a bit
- The caseback has some very minor scratches. The engraving is still clearly visible
- The plexiglass has minor scratches
- The black dial is in amazing condition, with all the Tritium there, including the Arabic markers
-The movement is very clean and all functions are given. Unknown last service
Research into this rare model informs us that this same case was used by Lemania for military chronographs designated as ref 817 for the Swedish and South African military
This is a very rare and collectible watch
The price for this watch is 7500 Euros shipped(bank wire or Paypal if you have very good references and you cover the fees). I also can sell the watch through Chrono24 if preferred
I'm also open to trades with vintage watches
