FS: Tissot Vintage Navigator Cal. 1277 Gradient Blue Dial 1976

For sale a Vintage Tissot Navigator Chronograph from 1976 with Lemania 1277 movement in very good, original vintage condition.

The highlight of this attractive chronograph is the rare gradient blue dial with pleasant patina on the tritium indices and hands and the high quality Lemania Cal. 1277 hand-wound chronograph movement. This is the base movement for the famous Cal. Omega 861 which has been powering Speedmaster's for decades.

An original and attractive high-quality chronograph at an accessible price.

CONDITION REPORT Please refer to the high-resolution pictures to assess the condition of the watch

MODEL / REFERENCE: Tissot Navigator Chronograph, Ref. 40521, serial number 2652299

DIAL+HANDS: original gradient blue dial in virtually perfect condition. The dial, print and indexes are mint without signs of aging. The hands are in very good condition and retain the original tritium lume. The lume on the indexes and hands glows briefly when activated with UV light.

CRYSTAL: Plexy crystal with minor surface scratches

MOVEMENT: Tissot Cal. 872 (Lemania 1277) hand-wound chronograph movement in fully functional condition. It runs strong and keeps very good time for a vintage watch. The serial number is engraved on the movement.

CASE: 39 mm stainless steel case (measured without the crown) in good vintage condition with few signs of use consistent with the age of the watch. The case retains the factory finish and is most certainly unpolished.

CASEBACK: stainless steel screw type caseback with slight surface marks. It carries a custom engraving 26.9.1976.

CROWN & PUSHERS: original pushers and original unsigned crown.

STRAP: The watch comes on a NATO strap with steel buckle.

ACCESSORIES: Saffiano Leather watch roll.

WARRANTY: We guarantee the authenticity of the watch. We also provide 12 months guarantee for the correct function of this timepiece. All guarantees are subject to the General Terms and Conditions.

The price is 1,860 CHF Plus Shipping (Swiss Franc) or best reasonable offer plus shipping at actual cost. Low ball offers will be politely ignored.
