FS: Very original early 70's Heuer Monaco for sale

I’m selling this watch for a good friend.
It’s a 1972-74 Heuer Monaco 1133G & is completely original except for the (aftermarket) leather strap.
This is a one owner watch that’s been stuck in a draw for about the last 15 years. It’s never been polished or refurbished in any way and as can be seen from the photo’s is in decent condition for its age but is a long way from being mint. I’ve tried to capture the scratches to the plexi + all the other marks in the photo’s.

I’ve been checking how it works this week & it’s keeping good time. Without a second hand it’s hard to be precise but I’d say it’s within 30 seconds per day. The power reserve is about 37 hours. The chrono works & reset’s neatly. The date change & quick set also work as they should so whilst a service would be prudent it’s perhaps not desperate.

No box or papers I’m afraid.

I’m advised by a specialist that this is worth about between £3,500 - £3,750 so I’m going to ask for £3,500 in the hope of a quick sale + buyers choice of postage with payment by bank transfer only.
Alternatively a face to face is possible in London during the week.
