Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. FS: Rare Omega Speedmaster "A Timescapsule" book

No need to elaborate on this forum about "A Timecapsule" by Kesaharu Imai.

An incredible blend of 1960's NASA and Moon Race history and the History of the Speedmaster and its relationship to the super-human endeavour to get man on the moon. Anyone with any interest in one or all of these topics will full in love with this 216 page, beautifully illustrated book. Its also an incredible investment - only increasing in value as time passes.

As with most versions of this book - the binding on the spine has come undone. This is a standard problem with these books and one that can be resolved either by professional binding ( i have seen versions of these books that have been professional re-bound with a protective hard-cover. For anyone interested here is a link to a Watchuseek thread discussing how to re-bind these books: http://forums.watchuseek.com/f20/how-fix-your-copy-time-capsule-omega-speedmaster-home-47611.html

i have provided pics below of the spine binding and have tried to capture the only other issue which is a small tear at the lower end of the spine. In spite of this - you will find it difficult to source a book in better condition.

I am selling for 325USD plus paypal and shipping fees. I welcome all sensible offers.
