FS: Vintage Rolex Submariner 5513 Maxi MKIV 1979

Hi all,

I have a vintage 5513 Maxi dial variant MKIV for sale.

The case is lightly polished, but unmolested for decades (look at the case lugs, still fat).
Overall case looks great, and I have it meticulously cleaned.

Watch dial is arguably one of the most desirable maxi dial version (MKII).
Overall dial looks in very good condition, with killer warm patina color, the patina in person looks deeper in color and warmer than the photos below... That is the best part of the watch. Such nice patinas are getting thinner on the ground for sure.

Bezel insert (all parts original to the watch) is the MKII fat font bezel in superb faded condition. Rarely to find these in such immaculate condition these days as well.

Crystal is an original old one that came with the watch.

The crown tube is original to the watch without the newer one with gasket on. Work perfect too.

Original bracelet 93150, with end pieces 593 is in excellent near mint with minimal stretch.

Serial number is 62 mil, which estimate the watch year of production to be 1979.

Here is the actual watch:

I am asking for USD 6,500 wired or best reasonable offer and this will be shipped to your doorstep. If you would like to pay in paypal, I will accept if we share the fees of 2% AND you paypal me in Singapore Dollars (SGD rate based on Xe currency exchange), no exception to this as paypal charge sky high exchange rate.

I can be reached at reficul_x AT yahoo DOT com
Please do not PM me as it takes longer time for me to respond.

Solid decade of trade references upon request.

Full refund upon 3 days of receipt if any parts not original.
