Very rare Eberhard & Co Scafograf Super 500. Cool original black dial with red/black roulette date wheel. This diving watch has a large 46mm case with a bachalite bezel and sapphire glass rotating for up to sixty-minute time lapse. The watch has an original and rare orange hand. The watch still has its original Eberhard & Co Stainless steel stretch bracelet. The watch is in good condition with some signs of use here and there as a 40-year-old professional diving watch should have. The Scafograf super 500 meter/1650 feet was the top line of the Scafograf series (there was also 200m/300m/400m Scafograf). This beautiful watch is much harder to find than an Omega Proplof or a Rolex Seadweller. This is a truly unique collectors piece that is undervalued and therefore still affordable. The prices for vintage Eberhard watches are increasing rapidly over the last couple of years as collectors start to appreciate the heritage, high quality and beautiful design of Eberhard & Co watches more and more.
