Thanks to an expert here on the forum I was made aware of the following:

Hands are later replacements!

Crown is original Omega but apparently not original to this watch.

Rare, classic and one of the most beautiful sport watch from the 1970ies
Vintage Omega Seamaster 120m/400ft Diver’s Automatic Wrist Watch

CASE: barrel shaped solid stainless steel screw down case ref#166.0250 measurements approx 40mm excluding the signed screw-down Omega crown X42.5mm - Depth is 11.5mm - Bi-directional rotating bezel - Sapphire crystal

MVMT: Automatic movement caliber #1010 - Hack & Quick set Date feature -

DIAL: 100% original and correct matte Dial; check the double indexes at 12 o’clock – easy to discern between the original period dials and later service replacements with only one big index. Dial and hands are still glowing for a short while after exposure. Hands are later replacements.

BRACELET: watch comes on a 100% original 22mm lugs stainless steel Omega shark mesh bracelet with the airplane seatbelt deployant type spring loaded clasp

Watch is running, and keeping good time, nevertheless please note that the service
history is unknown and I would give a little love and care at your watchmakers.

Due to the verdict about the hands and the crown I reduce the selling price to 2222 Euro.
