Re: FS: Serviced Careny (Jenny Caribbean) 20 atm regatta chr

: Hello,
: for sale is a rare Careny regatta chronograph from the 70s in
: stunning condition.

: Careny was a 100% daughter of the Jenny Caribbean Watch, see
: here under the company "Careny":

: This chronograph is rare and has probably been produced for the
: german speaking market (see the words "17 Steine" (it
: means 17 jewels) on the dial).
: I saw the same watch signed with "Aquadive" a few days
: ago.

: The chronograph has wonderful colours, a deep black dial and a very
: nice black bezel (bakelith?) with beautiful turquoise elements.
: The movement is a Valjoux 7733 in the typically 2002er case (see
: back).
: The case is all stainless steel.

: The watch measures 38mm in diameter, 45mm long and a height about
: 13mm.
: The band width is 19mm.

: The watch has the original domed plexi in good condition.
: The dial is in best condition, the lume has a nice colour, there is
: only missing some lume at the four hour position
: This lume is not in the watch, the watch has been cleaned and
: serviced after the lume was gone!
: The hands are all original and are in best condition.
: The bezel moves bidirectional.
: The crown is screwed.

: The watch works very fine and strong (over 300°), all functions
: working well and it works with a divergence of less than
: 10s/day.
: It has had a full service in the mid last year (see pictures, about 214 Euro).
: The watch comes with the white tropic star shown in the pictures.

: Over all a very rare and beautiful chronograph of the 70s in great
: condition.

: Please see the photos.

: The watch is located in germany.

: I am looking for 850 Euro + shipping for this nice
: watch. I am prefering bank wire, Paypal is possible (please add
: 3%).
: I have many good references (german uhrforum.de with the same
: name).
: Please feel free to ask for more pics or if you have some other
: questions.

: Thank OTD for the space.
