FS: Heuer Montreal White Dial *PIC*

Reluctantly, i'm now making a concerted effort to sell my White Dial Montreal (110.503W) to part fund some other endevaours.

The White Dial is arguably one of the most distinctive pieces ever produced by Heuer and the most collectable of the Montreal range. This classic piece of 70s design features the correct signed cal. 12 movement that runs smoothly. All hands re-set to ’12'.

Dial: the original dial is in excellent condition with a gorgeous, even, light cream patina. There is a very faint blemish / finger mark on the outer most part of the dial between the 110 and 120 on the Tachy scale. This has never bothered me and could be easily sorted by a component vintage watch repairer for very little expense. The dial is scratch free and the small lume plots at 3, 6 and 9 are all present. The lume on the hour markers and hands has aged consistently and perfectly matches the aged lume on the hour and minute hands, giving a beautiful feel to this vintage piece.

Case: its 42mm stainless steel case is in very good condition. There are some very light, localised scratches on the very edge of the case where it meets the reference number - please see picture. These are not prominent or noticeable when wearing the watch. The wonderful starburst pattern so representative of this piece is strong and the reference and serial numbers are clearly visible (which is not always the case with these Montreals). The watch also has the correct fluted pushers and signed Heuer crown.

Strap: the watch comes with a stainless steel Heuer bracelet with deployment clasp and extra (spare) links for those with larger wrists!

Crystal: completely scratch free.

I am asking for offers in excess of £3,200. Paypal is possible for an additional 4%, but there may be a small delay while i confirm with Paypal that the funds have cleared my account. The watch and me are located in London. International shipping to most countries is available at an additional cost to be discussed with the buyer. If nobody in the community snaps up this beauty, i'll list it on the Bay in the coming days.

I am happy to consider a refund and return of the watch if it is not as described above and the buyer pays for return, insured shipping.

References are available on request.

Thanks for looking.
