FS: Rare Seiko Speedtimer 5 Sports 6138-8010

Up for sale is a very rare, collectible and super hard to find model. This "Japan Domestic Market" Speedtimer is a must have for all collectors of Seiko vintage chronographs!

Produced in Sept 1972, the stainless steel case is in rather good condition. Very light hairlines here and there, but nearly invisible when the watch is worn. It measures a big 42mm without the crown X 47mm.

The deep two-tone deep blue dial is perfect, absolutely no defect. In my opinion, I would rate this as one of the most beautiful dial in the Seiko range of 6138 series.

Automatic movement 6138 is running strong, timekeeping is perfectly alright and with very good power reserve.

Chronograph reset operation is perfect, the 3 hands are getting back perfectly to their starting position. Pushers are not sticky at all.

Day/date in Kanji/English feature. You can change the day and the date quickly when the crown is on the first position.

The Seiko stainless steel bracelet is in perfectly good condition. Once again, as all JDM models, original "Seiko Sports 5" clasp.
