Here is the chance to get a decent copy of one of those vintage Seiko´s, that´s quickly going up in price.
Everything is original - however, the dial has fairly safe been re-lumet a long time ago. It shines no more. The hands lights up quickly by intense exposure to light, but they fade after a very short time. The 6105 is notorious for having what Seiko enthusiasts call WABI; we call it patina, and most of 6105 – like this one – has it, as they often have been exposed to moisture due to faulty seals in the crown. This dial is quite nice. The caliber (hacking and Quick-set date) keeps excellent time within 2-5 seconds a day and with long reserve. It´s definitely not in need of a service, but the history is unknown. The crown is the correct "Turn to lock" crown, which lock in its locking groove perfectly. Many 6105 is loaded with AM-parts (just look on EBay). This is a very honest and original copy in everything from dial, hands and bezel (60 clicks). 100% original. The watch comes with a new Wjean rubber - the same model, the clock came with in 1975. The Willard-nickname springs from the main character in the legendary film Apocalypse Now - Captain Willard (Martin Sheen) – wearing the clock. He is a bad ass! Do you wanna be a bad ass too? Here's your chance :-)
