Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]

FS: Wakmann Triple Date
Offering an excellent early 70’s Wakmann triple date chronograph, Ref. 73.1307.70.

Dial, case, hands, crown and pushers are all original (chrono second hand may have been painted?) and all are in excellent condition. Dial shows no signs of discoloration or corrosion, and the white portions are very bright. The original lume is fully intact on hands, though no longer glow. Both the case and back have been lightly polished.

Caseback shows light scratches but all graphics and text are legible.

V730 movement was fully overhauled in 2016 by Wilson Watch’s watchmaker and all functions are working correctly and crisply.

This is the larger of the two case sizes produced by Wakmann - 39.5mm W/O crown.

I will provide specific instructions for setting the date, day & month per Valjoux.

Selling head only, strap not included.

Priced at $2250 US (net to me) via PayPal. I will cover USPS Priority insured shipping to 48 contiguous. If out of US, please contact me. I will not ship without fully stated value and description.

I’ve been on Chronocentric for about ten years and will gladly provide references upon request.

Thanks for looking,
