FS: REDUCED Speedmaster 145.022-69, DON bezel

On offer's a 69 Speedy with DON bezel. It was serviced a dozen years ago and has, according to the original owner, been sitting in a drawer basically ever since. The service replaced nothing except the gasket; hands, dial, crown, and pushers are all original. The watch functions flawlessly and keeps time within +/- 5 sec/day. The 30M-serial 861 movement has no visible rust or any other issues. The DON bezel is in really great shape; there are chips where paint has flaked off, from 100 to 140 on the bezel, but they're close to the crystal and not terribly noticeable. The lume on the hands has darkened uniformly, and the hands have darkened as well; the lume's present and a dark gray in all of them. The lume on the dial has aged to a nice yellow-orange, and the only issue to speak of is at the 2 mark on the dial; while the bulk of the lume remains in the original plot, there's some scattering of the lume, as should be evident in the picture. The stepped dial itself is otherwise perfect; I can find no marks, and all lume is original and glows identically brief.

I'm asking $5800USD. Sale is for watch head only. Happy to provide more pictures, references, work out payment and shipping details with buyer, etc. Please note: I don't have a Parcel Pro account, so am unable to ship insured WW. Thanks for looking, and to Jeff/CT for the space.
