FS: Vintage Traditon Chronograph AKA Poor Man Heuer

FOR SALE – 1960s Heuer made Tradition Chronograph

For sale is my lovely Tradition Chronograph from approx. 1960s. The watches are commonly known as the Poor Man Heuer as they were made by Heuer for Sears and Roebuck under the Tradition name.

The watch is in very good condition for its age, 36mm case is stainless steel and to my eye looks unpolished. It does have the odd scuff and scratch but they are very faint and do not detract from the look of the watch at all. There is a scratch on the case back. Lugs are 19mm.

The dial is superb; lume is intact and is of a custard yellow colour.

Crystal has the odd mark on it as pictured but is in good condition.

Movement is a Valjoux 7733 manual wind. The watch keeps excellent time, winds perfectly and the chronograph works exactly as expected.
