Up for sale I have a stunning Florentine finish 1803 dating to 1971. Serial number is 3,40X,XXX
The Florentine finish was never done by Rolex so this finish is not original, but it is in mint condition.
It appears as though the owner got the finish soon after purchasing the watch and hardly ever wore it.
You can see by the thickness of the lugs and orange oxidation that this watch is in pristine aesthetic condition.
The sigma dial has excellent patina, the lum plots match the hands perfectly.
The watch has not been serviced but tested over a 24 hour period the watch keeps accurate time +/- 15-30 seconds a day.
The watch comes on a used but nice Morellato alligator strap with an original Rolex gold plated buckle.
The spring bars are also original Rolex and 18k gold.
The lum plot at 7 o'clock is mostly missing and the hands do show some oxidation.
The model number and serial number are clearly readable.
This stunning and unique pieces is being offered at $5,000 USD plus shipping.
Payment is only accepted by bank wire, paypal gift, or personal check once cashed.
Perhaps some exceptions can be made if you are a reputable buyer or we have done business before and you are willing to cover the paypal fees.
Offers for this piece are not welcome, the asking price is firm.
Domestic shipping via FedEx is $35 for 2 day or $45 for overnight. International shipping varies but will be roughly $100 on average.
