The movement is very likely from a later watch. The rotor design is not appropriate for this vintage. Also, seller does not show winding bridge -- this is a commonly used way of concealing 1) a later El P, as these are not stamped the same as the original run (ZENITH 3019 PHC), which would have inhabited this case, or 2) a 17 jewel american-marked movement with a substituted rotor.
