Anyone got a pic of an Autavia bezel spring?

Has anyone got a photo of the bezel spring that sits in the 3 holes under the bezel of a Autavia 11630? (the bit that makes the bezel 'click')

I presume the same type of spring was used across many of the Autavias, so any pics appreciated.

If Anyone knows where to get one - please let me know.
