Ron, find a decent local cabinet-maker and have them make something to your specifications. That way you get a hand made piece, more or less exactly as you want it. You pay a little (well, quite a lot) more for a bespoke piece but you get something unique that fits your bill - if you really like the result, you might want to leave it with them and have them make another one to match too!
