18 KG Carrera, 1158 CHN with Tachy / Pulse Bezel

The one being sold in next week's Bonhams auction has a combined pulse / tachy scale on the inner bezel.

I have never seen this variation on the 1158 . . . have any of our experts?

Custom-made for this high-dollar watch? Hopefully.

Transplanted from Jarama? Let's hope not.
