Photo of the Photo Set-up

I have had a couple of requests for a photo of my new photo set-up, so here it is, along with a photo (full and cropped) taken from the actual set-up that is shown. [It's not the best photo of the week, but it was done as a virtual "point and shoot", with less than five minutes to set up the equipment and snap the photo.]

Key elements:

  • Nikon D300;
  • SB-900 Speedlight operating as Master (on the left);
  • SB-800 Speedlight operating as Remote (on the right);
  • MC-36 remote shutter release cord (shown center, hanging from camera);
  • SC-29 cord, to connect the camera to the SB-900 (so that it can operate as the Master);
  • three Manfrotto Magic Arms (holding the camera and Speedlights);
  • and four microfiber wipes, from the Heuer Summit, London, December 2010 . . . thanks, again, Laurent!!

Thanks for a fun week . . . and to all a good night!!

Jeff
