Hi Rich,
This is a mid to late 60s V2 powered diver decompression chrono produced by Universal Geneve.
Main obvious feature is the rubber covered screwed pushers, the (big) crown itself being screwed.
Second, you have this very unusual asymmetrical case,
Last, you have the UG atmosphere with typical numbers font, baton hands, bluish needles...
...and a GF bracelets as many beloved Heuer
