Plus I believe it's a misspelling - "cronographe" should be "chronographe", even if they had used the French spelling on the series watches. Though Laurent might be able to put me straight, I'm sure his French is better than mine! Typically, they used the English "Chronograph" spelling and I haven't seen anything to confirm that they switched to French for a limited number of late watches, especially if that is the incorrect spelling.
Some of the Montreals seem to have it in French, but there it is spelled "Ch...":
So I'm afraid I agree with Bullitt Laurent, I tend to think these dials aren't original :(
I like the cars though. Apart from whatever that is next to the Cord, that's hideous!!
