This broken Monte Carlo was sold for $1400 on eBay on November 10th
And less than a week later, reappears for sale, this time for $2,995 by Johnswatch, still broken.

Of course, if Johnswatch bought it, he's free to do as he pleases with it, but I can't help but feel this is just a bit too much. At least fix the hour wheel before turning it around for more than twice the price.
