Readers:

Sorry that I've been so quite lately. The sequence has been (a) a big project at work, toward the end of 2011 (which is ongoing), (b) a few days of vacation with the family, last weekend, and (c) a major research and writing project for OnTheDash (which is also ongoing). In any event, I have been reading messages on this Discussion Forum all along the way, replying when I have had a chance, and am happy to see the discussions rolling along.

One thing that I have written a few times is that it's always quietest (calmest) before the storm, and I am very excited about the current research and writing project for OnTheDash. It's a story that hasn't been told, derived from some wonderful conversations and unseen documents. So stay tuned for this story.
