I would be pretty sure this is a bezel from a Belair GMT not a Heuer Autavia.
If you look at the side of this bezel the repeat pattern of
rectangles has about 2 rectangles per hour marker division, on the 1163 Autavia GMT there is only 1 rectangle per hour marker division.

It is definately not the bezel for an Autavia 2446 as the shape is totally different.
