I did a research piece on the Viceroy serials at the start of the year, should see the light of day at some point but that indicated that your new Viceroy is outside of the promotion period so the case is fine not to have a V. They carried on selling Viceroy style watches long after the promotion ended, including in the 11063 case, which wasn't available at the time of the promotion anyway.
