The Lemania 1340 is indeed the same as the Omega 1040, but I don't think it's related to the 5100. It evolved out of the Lemania 1873 (Omega 861) and evolved into the Ebel 137, Ulysses Nardin 32 (perpetual, non-chrono) and Breguet 582 and 584 (among others), but outside of the central minutes counter it shares little in common with the 5100.
