Ebay scam

Hi All,

Yesterday I received a 2nd chance offer for a project Heuer Pasadena from a Spanish ebayer "urbmaran". As the price was really low I first contacted the seller. He told me that the first buyer didn't want the watch because (s)he hadn't understood that the movement wasn't included. So I decided to give it a try. My surprise was big that I received a bill of 999 euro for the shipping. I contacted the seller to mention his 'mistake', but ... there was no mistake. I left negative feedback and contacted the bay. Case closed or ... a claim for unpaid item? To be continued ...
Best regards,

Gianni
