Sorry for the bad news, but that is likely a fake. The other that you found for sale online is a fake too, I’m not an expert though so I could be wrong.
That isn’t a model that Heuer ever made that I know of. Although the hands and the movement could have come from Heuer, the case and dial are not anything that Heuer ever produced.
