TAG Heuer PILOT 230.006 - BEZEL INSERT Needed

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a bezel insert for a Tag Heuer Pilot 230.006 quartz (the part is also shared with the 130.006 auto, and I'm told, several other models).

It's a sliding ruler bezel in black with that looks to be an approximate size of about 40mm outside, 35mm inside. This is the watch in question: http://heuerville.wordpress.com/2011/10/27/heuer-pilot-230-006/

If anyone has the part, or could point me in the direction of someone who does, it would be greatly appreciated to bring this classic back to life!
