Get it cleaned! It will only get worse if you would leave it untouched...especially when heat and moisture in the environment.

Here's an example I cleaned a while ago. Also a 100% NOS 1133b (not mine tough), this example had it even much worse. Please have a look at the pictures, I think the final result is quite good taking into account where it started.










As an aside...you'll need to realize that you will ALWAYS see traces on the dial. It may even be possible that some blue paint will come off too at the edges. People who claim to be able to restore/clean the dial without any visible traces afterwards...just not possible. This matte blue dial finish is extremely fragile and delicate and shows every flaw.
