IMHO, yes, I'd say it's overpriced, as for that money you can get a 'proper' Automatic Siffert.
The insert is a MH - ie. Min/Hour, so the description shouldn't have a 'T' (Tachy) in it.
These models commonly came with both T & MH bezel inserts.
