Gents, I need some advice.

The trouble is, I just do not trust eBay.
Can anyone confirm from the rather poor pictures if it's a genuine one (I appreciate the pictures are one thing and the watch another!).
Help... I'm trying not to let my desire for the watch overtake my head, which says run...
