Never Ending eBay Shenanigans

So here's a Heuer that appears to have just "sold" on eBay for $690 -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/251226158544

Simple enough, you say.

And a few minutes it is relisted with a BuyItNow of $2,300 -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/251231445249

Yes, it is the same seller on both auctions.

Nice looking watch for $690; not so sure at $2,300.
