Heuer Temporada Pusher size

I've had my Temporada at a watchmaker for over 6 months now waiting for a new pusher. The watchmaker told me he has the pusher on back order at his supplier but he can't get one. Does anyone know of a replacement 'drive-in' pusher for the Temporada? The watchmaker told me the pusher has a diameter of 4 mm a length of 3 mm and 2.6 case diameter. I've looked at different parts suppliers websites but don't see anything the size my watchmaker told me.
