Hi John, no, it's a centre minute chrono, the arrow shaped hand is the chrono minute , the centre second hand is the chrono second; the L5100 was more usually used in less 'refined' looking watches such as the 'ZUZ' Tutima or Sinn EZM1 - both of which deleted a few of the extraneous subdials to boot -
