I know little about the Le Jour version if I'm honest, I've never looked into them. Did Le Jour have it's own factory? If so, it would be a best-guess that they made it with shared parts.
It is interesting to note that my research shows there were 2 slightly different Heuer Ref. 12's.. one with a large shield one with small, different length hour markers and the position of the lume dots on the dial also differed..

As for the Le Jour having a different dial.. again, I know little about them, like the Heuer version, there may have been different Le Jour versions too - but that's just a theory.
