I'm going to agree with Sandra,
Getting an old Heuer restored is a very fulfilling thing to do, but you'll find that with so may areas that need replacing/restoring, this is going to be something that will take a very, very long time - and expensive. How long? and How much?, well.. how long is a piece of string? Impossible to tell. If it is a side project, and you have other Heuers, I might consider it.. but I would personally sell it and hunt down a lovely example on here.
