Re: How was the Autavia 1163V originally sold?

They were probably sold in a variety of the Heuer boxes. Seems that some dealers would grab any Heuer box going. There is a red/white/black cardboard box that we see often, maybe these were used for the packaging for the Viceroy promotion, I don't know, but a good guess. Rodania stamped strap is unlikely, but you never know, it could have come supplied on it - other Heuers with original straps don't have Rodania stamped on them - could have been a recent NOS replacement, or once sourced back in the day.

The Rodanaia strap and Heuer cardboard box will have some value, but not massive.
The Heuer buckle, if a genuine 70's one, with valuable. However, if it has a NOS Rodania strap recently fitted - it could be a re-issue buckle, which is worth less.

Hard to tell without detailed photographs.
