Re: So How's the Market for Vintage Heuers / Others?

Hello Jeff and all others,

I think we just have a lazy summer market. Prices are going to raise to the previous level in fall/winter. But what I also see is, that the economy and more common models have lost some value and not just over the last weeks. Especially if they aren't in mint condition. I think we are talking about 15%-20%.

On the other hand we have the rare and ultra rare models which just know one direction. They are still going strong and I think they will continue to do so.

I don't just see it in the Heuerworld. Rolex is the same thing. Ordinary vintage Subs are available from under ~3500€. But a very rare chrono from the 30s sold in minutes lately on a german forum for aroung 38k€. So same development.

Kind regards,
Manuel

P.S.: I'm looking forward to see Richs market update.
