Anyone Here Willing to Help Translate Italian to English?

With Nicola's permission, I am currently working on a translation of this epic posting, from the original Italian into English. I am wondering whether anyone here might be willing to help with the translation? We will rely on Google for the guts of the translation, but there will definitely be some phrases where we need the help of a human!!
