Unless I'm completely wrong this is a usual Autavia ref. 2446C, much more common as the first series sold recently (for which "65" could be correct).

"C 713-0" is not the reference number but a case back marking of the Swiss wholesale dealer, seen on many watches of this time sold in Switzerland.
