Yes, without any doubt whatsoever, that is a reprinted dial, a pretty bad one at that, sorry.
The Heuer logo is squashed and incorrect, the depth font/lettering - all the script is wrong - really wrong. Plus, Heuer never made a yellow dial diver in this period.
I think I remember seeing this on ebay a while back, maybe from seller 'Ben watches' or something like that - seen a few bad reprinted dials from him.
