Hi Doug,
at a guess i would say that the small white chrono needle that indicates hours on the left hand register is the only correct hand out of the 5 hands.
The orange chrono needle on the right does not belong to the watch & i think the three largest hands , centrally mounted, have been painted white and the hour and minute hands have been re-lumed. If you look at the small lume piece at the end of the long chrono seconds hand you will see that it has faded along the lines of the dials hour markers & is probably original.

Here is my example with the handset i would expect to see on this model Calculator.
