Hi, this is my first posting although I have followed off and on over the past several years and have had good dealings with Craig at ChronoDeco. I had a client bring me this watch wanting an estimate. It runs and has kept reasonably good time but will need to be serviced. In addition the pivot on the center sweep chrono runner is brokenand the minute hand needs to be re-lumed. I had given an estimate to service, replace the mainspring, center sweep chrono runner and or have the original wheel repivoted to keep it all original. He stated that it was given to him by his late ex-father in law and did not mean that much to him. He then went on to ask me to just take everything apart so that he could take photos and place individual parts on the swamp. For some reason he thinks that he will get more for it that way. I have asked for a week to check on the internet as to what would be best for himself and the watch. I have taken these photos for for some advice as it would be a shame to break it up. I would love to keep it for myself but a recent large purchase is preventing this. Any and all comments are welcome. And if this is not allowed moderators please remove. I think from what I could find is that it is the third type of screw back case but looks like an earlier bezel. The crown is unsigned, no model number between the lugs at 12 o'clock, serial number between the lugs at 6 o'clock is 8302X.
