I am hoping to re-condition an old missing-parts Mastertime with a new movement (which I already have). I am wondering if it would be advisable to get the existing worn dial and hands cleaned and re-lumed rather than buying a NOS dial, which looks as though the numbers are just printed. I live near Oxford, U.K.
If you agree, is there a 'locally' recommended repairer please?
