Help how to reset 230.306 Tag Heuer2000 Chrono to zero

I have a newly acquired Tag Heuer 2000 chronograph 230.306. The second hand for the chronograph does not zero - off by 1/2 second.

I have tried pulling crown to both 1st and 2nd setting and pushing the button a 2:00 to reset without success. The hand does not move.

Any instructions on how to reset would be much appreciated.

I seem to have the bug - today I went from one vintage Tag Heuer to four.
