To me there's no doubt its genuine, i saw the same dial in LCdF this summer pinned to a treasure chest card of sacred rare dials.
Here's a Valj.72 version dial i saw in the boardroom at the Heuer Summit this summer
And then there is same Valj.92 version here
I dont recall seeing another of these dials out in the wild but that only points towards its rarity. It may have been a special order or even a trial dial but it has all the correct DNA and the fact that TAG have these dials in the historic inventory make this 100% genuine as far as i'm concerned.
Value , i cant say as i'm not in a position to make a move on it but i can tell you i'd love to own this watch !!!!!
