I feel that with the end of the racing season, you've succumbed to cabin fever already.. this is worrying.. it's only been a few days ;0)
As for a hipster watch.. I think this could be the criteria..

1. quirky
2. Modern
3. mental funky dial or very plain dial with hardly any markings.
4. Either a bright multi-coloured nato or 3in wide 'cuff' strap.
